Q1.  Is there any cost to the Association?

There is no out-of-pocket cost to the Association.

Q2.  Is a long-term contract or Association "endorsement" required?

No long-term contract is required. No formal association "endorsement" is required. The Association may discontinue the program at any time.

Q3.  What does the Association need to qualify?

The Association should be of sufficient size and type to offer the probability of meeting certain minimum goals. For details, see How Your Association Gains.

Q4.  How much revenue can the Association expect to earn?

The Association earns income for each paid membership - first year and renewal - for as long as the member remains on the Plan. The minimum mutual goal is $5000/year to the Association.

Q5.  What kind of Plan reporting does the Association receive?

1. The Association is sent an automatic e-mail notification whenever a new member joins the Plan through the Association's Dental Plan website. (We provide the website.)

2. The Association receives a monthly check and detailed statement (subject to $50 minimum).
